Our final event for 2024 was an IEEE PES ISGT (Power & Energy Society – Innovative Smart Grid Technologies) conference which was held in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik. We were supposed to perform for 15 minutes, but the audience loved it so much that we rocked for more than an hour!
Festival Light is Life celebrates the anniversary of electrification in Šibenik, which was the first city in the world whose streets got illuminated by lightbulbs powered by alternating current. Our task was to electrify it once again and that is exactly what we did – this time on a special floating stage in the middle of the sea!
At Forrestland XII in we got placed right next to the main stage and got a great opportunity to follow the great DJ Diesel (aka Shaquille O’Neal) with high voltage! The crowd loved this combo!
In November 2023 we finally realized a project that was being prepared for months. Together with Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra, male vocal ensemble Saint Blaise and conductor Dawid Runtz, we combined orchestral classical music with the sound of high voltage electric sparks. The event was held in the Concert Hall Vatroslav Lisinski, which required special safety precautions to be taken. D. Palanović, F. Đurović and M. Rabadan prepared compositions specifically to be played on a Tesla Coil. And the audience loved it!
It was an honour to run our Tesla coil in front of Nikola Tesla’s birth house in Smiljan. This was a daylong shooting for a project called “Nikola Tesla – F ull Circle”, a new show designed by “The Doll Factory” theatre from Zagreb.
An engineering company Mi Maris held a celebration party for their employees and partners marking 30 years of successful business operations. They invited us to electrify the atmosphere and that’s exactly what we did!
We were once again invited to participate in MUZZA science week, this time held in Zagreb Fair complex. Visitors were amazed by our performance and left us with a lot of positive feedback, despite the fact that we were performing in broad daylight.
In April we were blessed enough to perform at WRC 2023 in Zagreb, Croatia. The Tesla coil was placed in one of the most attractive locations in Zagreb – near the Zagreb fountains. Our performance was a perfect match for the atmosphere at the opening ceremony.
In October we performed as part of the ARCA international fair. The performance took place in front of the National and University Library in Zagreb, Croatia.
In August 2022 we were once again performing at a beautiful city of Šibenik, Croatia in front of the Šibenik City Museum. The performance was a part of the Life is Light festival that was set all over Šibenik. Tesla coil echoed througout Adriatic Sea waterfront and gathered around 400-500 people.
In July 2022 we had our biggest performance so far at the Forestland X music festival in Brezje, Croatia. The performance was special for us because it was actually the Forestland festival that inspired us to start the HCAC project. We met a lot of world-class artists and gained some new fans. With this project, the HCAC team showed that they are fully prepared to perform at bigger venues.
In June 2022 we were invited to perform at the MUZZA Science Week in Zagreb, Croatia. We performed at the center of a beautiful venue – Hala Zagreb. Unfortunately, the performance was held during the day but the visitors, as well as the hosts, were surprised by the sound of the Tesla coil that echoed through the Hala.
One week later, we were once again performing in the city of Ivanić-Grad, Croatia. The host was once again ERK and the event was called the I3G Innovation Exhibition. The event took place in front of the Secondary school “Ivan Švear” where the exhibition was held.
In May 2022 we got invited to close the 2nd day of the BlockDown NFT festival. The entire three day festival took place in Šibenik, Croatia and the performance itself took place on top of the city in St. Michael’s Fortress.
In April 2022 our HCAC team organised a private event for close friends and family. The event took place near Nikola Tesla Technical Museum, Zagreb.
In September 2021 Britains’ ITV (TV network) filmed HCAC for their series Bradley & Barney Walsh: Breaking Dad Season 4 in Ex Gredelj Factory, Zagreb.
In June 2021 already satisfied Porsche association invited us on their Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo Event in Viba studio, Ljubljana, Slovenia.
In September 2020 we were once again invited to perform on the annual NOVsky Art&Science festival in the city of Novska, Croatia.
In December 2019 Porsche Inter Auto d.o.o. organised a grand showcase of their new Porshe Taycan at the Zagreb Fair. HCAC was performing side by side with Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra.
In November 2019 we visited XIV. HRO CIGRE Conference at Amadria Park Hotel Ivan. After that we visited Osječki sajam d.o.o. and their event called Tehnicoolum that took place in Osijek, Croatia.
In September 2019 we returned yet again for the annual European Researchers´ Night in Zagreb.
In September 2019 NORA and City of Novska, Croatia hosted an event called NOVsky Art&Science festival. The event took place in the city center.
For Nikola Teslas 163rd birthday we visited Karlovac Gymnasium in Karlovac Croatia. The event took place in July 2019.
In May 2019 ERK hosted an event called I3G Innovation Exhibition that took place in Ivanić-Grad, Croatia on the main square.
Third event took place on European Square in Zagreb, Croatia for the annual 2018 European Researchers´ Night. It was hosted by University of Zagreb.
Second event was organized by Croz d.o.o. in Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Iadera, Pakoštane, Croatia on July 2018. Name of the event was QED Conference.
First event was back in September 2017 called White Night/Nuit Blanche. The event took place near Tesla statue in Masaryk street, Zagreb. It was organized by Zagreb Tourist Board.
